Hello! Let me introduce myself.
My name is Kaia Diedrich, and I am a first year digital marketing student at Western Technical College. I was first interested in a career in digital marketing because of a character in one of my favorite TV shows. I wouldn’t change my decisions at all though as I am learning so many new things and I am enjoying this program more than I ever would have imagined. Currently, my favorite parts of digital marketing are social media and web design.
I was homeschooled from kindergarten up until I graduated high school. I am so grateful for the experience as it allowed me to explore so many interests. Throughout high school I raised quail, from hatching them to building an outdoor run for them and moving them outside. My whole family loves animals, so I grew up having several cats and at least one dog. I have been very passionate about horses and equine studies ever since I was very young. I have been consistently riding since I was 10, and have owned my own horse since I was 13. In the spring after I graduated high school I completed an equine massage certification course. When I graduated high school at 17, I decided to pursue more cultural experiences before continuing to college. I was very lucky to be able to travel to Norway for the 23-24 school year to ride horses, explore the country, and gain so many invaluable life experiences.
